We want you to love your word as much as we do. Since we're a print-on-demand business, every item is printed fresh just for you by our trusted printing partners. While this means we can't inspect each piece before it ships, we absolutely stand behind the quality and will make things right if there's any issue.

Problem with Your Order? We've Got You Covered!

At The Word Shoppe, we take pride in crafting unique, custom-printed shirts designed to bring your favorite words to life. While we strive for excellence in every order, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, such as problems with printing or receiving the wrong color. Rest assured, we're here to make it right!

What We Cover

✅ Printing defects (faded, cracked, or blurry designs)

✅ Wrong item sent (incorrect design, color, or size)

✅ Damaged items (holes, stains, or shipping damage)

✅ Quality issues (poor print alignment, color matching problems)

Print-on-Demand Reality Check

Since every item is custom-printed after you order, we cannot accept returns for:

🤔 Change of mind (item just isn't your style)

🤔 Size issues (if you ordered the wrong size, but contact us anyway, we might work something out!)

🤔 "Didn't like it" (unless it's a quality issue)

Easy Reprint Process

If something is not right with your order, follow these steps:

  1. Take a picture of the issue and send it to us at cory@thewordshoppe.com. A photograph is required for us to communicate with our printing partners.

  2. Include a description of the issue and if you are requesting a refund or a reprint.

Refunds and reprint requests are processed in 3-5 business days.

Our Quality Guarantee

While we can't personally inspect every item (that's the trade-off with sustainable print-on-demand), we work with trusted printing partners and guarantee the quality. If something's not right, we'll fix it immediately.
