We're a small, family-run business based in Summit County, Colorado, where we strive for a balance between work, play, and family fun in the mountains. Living here has taught us that life's best moments come in all shapes and sizes—from epic powder days to quiet coffee mornings, from summit celebrations to cozy evenings with a good glass of wine.

From Great Lakes to Great Peaks: Our Journey

We both grew up in Michigan, where we learned to love water—the endless horizons of the Great Lakes, summer days on boats, and the way water can calm your soul and fuel your spirit. But when we discovered Colorado, we knew we'd found our forever home.

Now we call Summit County home, where our backyard happens to include some incredible outdoor opportunities. You might find us skiing at Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, biking the Peninsula trails or Salt Lick, hiking to spots like Rainbow Lake or Lily Pad Lake, or just as likely grabbing coffee in Frisco, cooking dinner together, grilling out on the Blackstone or getting cozy at home after a long day.

We're inspired by both landscapes—the water that shaped our childhood and the mountains that surround us now. But honestly, we're just as inspired by everyday moments: that perfect cup of coffee, feeling grateful for small things, the happiness of a beach day, the comfort of home.

Every season brings new inspiration. Winter means powder days and cozy fireside evenings. Spring awakens with wildflowers and rushing creeks. Summer delivers endless daylight and alpine adventures. Fall paints the aspens gold and reminds us why we never want to leave.

During a particularly beautiful sunrise hike, we realized something: the most powerful moments in life don't need paragraphs to describe them. They need just the right word.
