Ordering & Products

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Since every item is made-to-order just for you, please allow 7-14 business days for production and shipping. We'll send tracking info as soon as it ships!

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently we ship within the United States only.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we'll try our best! After that, production begins and changes aren't possible.

Q: What if I don't see my favorite word?
A: Email us at cory@thewordshoppe.com! We love adding new words that matter to our customers.

About Our Products

Q: What are your shirts made of?
A: Most of our apparel is a soft tri-blend of cotton, polyester, and rayon for comfort and durability.

Q: How should I care for my Word Shoppe item?
A: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Our shirts will actually get softer with each wash!

Q: Are your products sustainably made?
A: Yes! Print-on-demand means we only create what's ordered, eliminating waste from overproduction.

Business & Shipping

Q: Where are you located?
A: We're based in Summit County, Colorado, but your items ship from production facilities nationwide for faster delivery.

Q: Why does shipping take longer than Amazon?
A: Unlike mass-produced items, every Word Shoppe piece is printed fresh just for you. Quality and sustainability take a little extra time, but we think it's worth it!

Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
A: For orders of 10+ items, email us at cory@thewordshoppe.com for special pricing.
